Week 4: How to Meal Plan

Developing a plan each week well take away your stress and help keep you on track.

Week 5: Eating on the Go

Hi, I'm Kristin and I've been a Registered Dietitian in the bariatric community for the past five years. Over the course of this time I have worked with over a thousand bariatric patients in the office and online. Now I've taken that information and created this 6-week course to help more people create a life they love after weight loss surgery. I would love for you join me in this unique opportunity.

FAQ

  • When will the course start?

    The course starts Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 and runs for 6 weeks. Class sessions will be released at 12 pm EST each week. Once released you can view the session at anytime.

  • Will I have access to Kristin?

    Yes. Each week I will answer your questions live via video chat on Mondays at 12pm EST. You'll have the opportunity to email me questions ahead of time that I will answer during these sessions. If you cannot make the live sessions, they will be recorded for your convenience. I will also be in the Private Facebook Group to answer questions along the way!

  • How long will I have access to the trainings?

    You'll have lifetime access. So if you're not ready for course now it will be there when you are ready.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    For the early bird special, I do not have any payment plans. However, when I officially launch this product for full price in January there will be payment options.
